Initially, a new company is created in the United States, without any liabilities, where the investor is the sole partner (for tax reasons, it may be recommended that the investor's wife be a minority partner). Thus, the investor's capital will be sent to the United States by sending foreign exchange from the investor's account in Brazil or another country to the account of the newly created company. Only the investor will have access to the current account transactions. There are no unknown, hidden partners, third-party funding, disproportionate profit distributions, or other operations that involve investor risk.
